Families wishing to camp together
Families who wish to camp as a group are able to do so.
For smaller groups around 3 or 4 families you will be able to choose pitches within the general camping area. Either the first to arrive picks a spot and reserves the pitches next to themselves or you arrange to all arrive at roughly the same time and choose together.
We will have a map of the field divided into areas which will make it possible using mobiles or notes left with the crew at the gate to be able to find each other.
For larger groups someone from your group needs to contact us and let us know roughly how many families in you group.
We will then allocate an area to camp in.
We will not allocate any area too near to the main marquee.
If you are hiring a ready erected tent and want to camp as a group let us know the group name and the name you have booked the tent under.
We can arrange with the tent comapny the siting of the tent in the correct location.
